Appointments

Once your service is booked, you’ll receive an email from me with your Zoom link and any instructions you’ll need for our session. If you would prefer to have a phone-only session, you can indicate that in the “Notes” section during checkout. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see the email from me within 24 hours.

Cancellations

All appointments are prepaid via my SquareUp Calendar. But I understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice will receive a full refund of the service fee. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be refunded 50% of the service fee. This policy allows me to honor the time and energy I dedicate to each client and offer available spots to others who may be waiting.

Refund Policy

Because these sessions are custom and time-based, refunds are generally not offered for dissatisfaction due to personal expectations not being met.
